Aesthetically pleasing, love the colonial feel and the furniture. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to the historic downtown. Secure parking. We felt very safe in the area.

The design is beautiful. The patio and the rooms are very pretty. Great location, just a couple of blocks away from the restaurants and bars. Parking available on site.

The staff at the reception was very attentive and gave me a very good service SPECIAL THANKS TO MONSE, ILSE, AND ROSALIA FOR THE ATTENTION AND SERVICES ALSO FOR THE ROOM SERVICES MAGGIE AND OLGA. I will definitely go back to this hotel for these matters. Thanks Robert

Excellent service. Front desk girls very helpful Housekeeping señora gave us extra mile on her service. She always prompt to help and very nice. The place is very well located just minutes walking from Mercado de la cruz and Downtown Queretaro and also has parking on-site VERY IMPORTANT. it's very SAFE area

Wonderful location right in the historic centre. A huge bonus is they have their own parking (very few hotels there do). The personnel went out of their way to make us comfortable and respond to all our needs. Plenty of water bottles free of charge.l

Room was small but very clean and cozy. It is in the centro historico. Walking distance to many historical places and restaurants. Staff was great and very attentive. Parking was a big plus.

Perfectly located in the historic town centre nice antique style and good modern bathroom When I had a problem with a duplicate booking the receptionist went out of his way to sort it out with booking.com
